Kineton is located in the county of Warwickshire and falls within the district council of Stratford-upon-Avon.

There is an active village community with a wide range of excellent amenities including; a supermarket, medical surgery, post office, public houses and both primary and secondary schools. Alongside the village schools, the area is well served by a range of state, private and catchment for three top rated grammar schools.

More extensive shopping and leisure facilities can be found in the nearby towns of Warwick, Leamington Spa and  Stratford-upon-Avon, home of the Royal Shakespeare Company.
